• Elkhorn River Farms – Family-owned and operated potato farm ran by the R.D. Offutt company out of Fargo, North Dakota.  The farm located North of Inman produces table stock and hashbrown/French fry potatoes. 
  
• Shamrock Nursery – Began in 1981 by Delray Kumm and Katie Wrede acquiring the business in 2021.  This family-owned greenhouse operation serves a retail store but also provides plant material to several greenhouses in the North Central Nebraska.  Their expertise is in poinsettia production. If you buy a poinsettia in North Central Nebraska not from a box store there is a 98% chance that plant originated from Shamrock Nursery. (Horticulture, Landscape, and Environmental Systems)
